B&B Rooms

We have lovingly restored Kauri Villas to enhance the architecture of the Victorian era, with the glow of the traditional Kauri wood floors, beams and furniture enhancing the atmosphere. 

Our bed and breakfast rooms include:

  • Double Room with Ensuite and sitting room - NZ$150 per night
  • Double Room with Shared Bathroom - NZ$120 per night
  • Small twin room with ensuite - NZ$100 per night

These rates are for two people.  Single occupancy rates available.  Stay 7 nights, pay 5.  Sitting room adjoining double can convert to twin bedroom for families.  Cots and high chair available.

Meals
We offer evening meals on request and specialise in good, home-cooked food and fresh vegetables, home-grown beef and lamb and freshly-laid eggs from our free range hens.  Homemade jams and chutneys are also available to enjoy with your meal.  Special dietary needs catered for.

Outdoor Facilities
Outside you can enjoy the modern additions of a swimming pool, spa and a large deck area where you can sit and enjoy the spectacular sunsets with a cup of fresh ground coffee or a glass of wine.

Families
We have extra beds available for all our rooms and welcome families.  We have a number of games, books, and activities for the younger ones on those occasional wet days.

Special Rates
Winter and long-stay rates are negotiable. Single occupancy rates vary for each bed and breakfast room.
